Grab a Kleenex and shed a tear. This is the upsetting page where you can see all the titles removed from Netflix Canada since I started the service in March 2016. You can filter by genre and order by year or alphabetically. It will also show how long the title was available for on Netflix (where known) and, if you hover over the dates, you will see the exact dates they were added and removed.
Please note that if a title has been made available to stream again then it will not show up on this page.
